It was believed that AI would take a bit of a back seat amidst the current pandemic — in fact, it has been the opposite. If anything, COVID-19 has accelerated the adoption of AI/ML technologies. Organizations are being challenged to be leaner, more agile, and are forced to make challenges that look towards automation.
